All orders will be shipped out 24-48 hours after payment has been confirmed.

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING estimated delivery timeline will be mentioned upon checkout and it varies according to countries. 

Malaysia takes 1-3 working days.
Singapore takes 2-3 working days.
Other countries will take up to 20 working days.

There will be delays during certain festive periods such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Year End Holidays, and Christmas.
So, be sure to place your order as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment!

In the event that your parcel has failed to be delivered to you (due to any circumstances) and is not collected from the designated courier company at your country after being notified, it will automatically be sent back to us. Parcels will usually be kept for a maximum of 7 working days at the designated courier company.

There will be additional shipping fees incurred for your parcel to be posted back to you again. Rates will defer based on daily currency exchange and the arrangement will be made via email.
